I am posting this to a friend. She is a paralegal who is interviewing for a securities/investment bank who did a lot of IPO for the dot com era. She is wondering what kind of a job would that be? She has prior experience as a broker, and worked for corporate counsel before but never for a securities firm who is under some pressure still for IPO's and firms who went under in 2000.

She might have a job by now.
Anyway, wishing her good luck!
